Sometimes, a book can help. Wakefield Libraries have four special collections of health related books called Reading Well, offering information and advice, help after diagnosis, practical support for carers and personal stories. The books have been recommended by health professionals. They are available across Wakefield Libraries and can be reserved free at a branch or online. Pick up a leaflet from your local library for a full list of books in each collection.
